Piano does need to come up 1 flight of straight stairs and then it is very close to the front door/driveway to be easily loaded on to a vehicle. This is to prevent any damage to the piano and the seller's home. Requirements for sale : Buyer needs to arrange for an insured, licensed & bonded professional mover to move the piano from the seller's home. It has been in the same family for about 60 years and was well-cared for and in a home with no pets. Serial number indicates that the piano was manufactured in 1952. (see 2nd to last photo) The bench is in good condition - has a couple of scratches on top could used refinishing or the additional of an upholstered seat (view last photo). There is a very small crack in the wood on the right side of the music stand that has been repaired.
